Esito`s vision is to give the customers lower costs and better quality in the development and maintenance of their applications. This is done by offering tools that generate codes for the user interface, services and databases for various platforms. Genova supports open Java standards and is available as a plug-in to eclipse. Genova supports the whole development phase from the design of the application to the implementation and maintenance. The tool supports object oriented modeling with UML and is well suited for a modern development model.  

Esito is owned both by Software Innovation and its employees. We are therefore a small and focused group where everyone`s opinion and contribution matter a lot. At the same time we`re aware of the advantages of being part of a bigger environment. We mainly participate in large development projects and are used as mentors when our tool is used. We cooperate with a wide range of other consultancy companies in the various development projects. 

Due to great demand we need more well qualified people. We are particularly looking for developers with an interest for tool development and model driven system development. If you`re experienced in Open Source Software we can offer you an exciting challenge. The candidates we are now looking for are:

Product developer 

We`re looking for a person with program development as his/her profession, who in addition has a talent/an interest for user interface design and usability. Genova is available as a plug-in to eclipse IDE. We`d like you to have knowledge of the development of plug-ins and the use of SWT. 

Genova Mentor

As a Genova Mentor you work as a solution architect or in close collaboration with solution architects in the development of systems. You`re well acquainted with UML modeling, object oriented development and Java/Java EE platform. You`re structured and used to working close with the customers, understand their needs and convert their demands into efficient IT solutions. You are focusing on usability in the development of applications. You`d also like to contribute in the development of Genova by focusing on improving the quality of the product.

Genova Consultant

As Genova consultant you`ll work as a system developer with a competence in Genova. You`re well acquainted with UML modeling, object oriented development and the Java/Java EE platform. You work well in team with other developers and may have a mentor role in terms of the efficient use of the tool in large projects.

Open source libero

We claim the total responsibility for the whole chain of tools for some of our most important customers. To further develop this service we`d like to get in touch with a resourceful and independent person with initiative, who likes to be updated on trends and possibilities in the area of Open Source Software. With the right person in the team, we will strengthen Esito as a competence centre for chosen areas.
